What Informs My Practise?

I'm a lifelong learner and AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Occupational Therapy) in 2002 and returned to complete my Masters in Health Sciences in 2011.

Across my 24 years of practice I've sought out training that expands my thinking and broadens my lens, and I draw on all of it. Rather than being a purist in any one approach, I find the parts that will help each person most and bring them together in a way that's genuinely tailored to you.

Just some of the training I have completed that informs my practice include:

  • PRPP Assessment and Intervention
  • Occupational Performance Coaching
  • The PAIR Model
  • CO-OP Approach
  • Autism Level UP Energy Regulation
  • SOS Approach to Feeding
  • DIR Floortime
  • Project IMPACT
  • Conquering Wees and Poos
  • Anxiety: Stress: Resilience in Children for Occupational Therapy
  • SPARK Communication
